Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via FedEx/UPS/DHL Express or your local courier depending on your shipping address provided. 

All Neon Sign orders are processed within 1-2 weeks (including production + delivery). Bundles & Accessories orders are processed immediately after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note - Customs clearance may increase the delivery time for some countries.

We offer free worldwide shipping to countries all over the world.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Starstruck Leds is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE ORDER STATUS?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 40 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at: hello@starstruckleds.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate this for you.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

Our carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O Boxes. Therefore, we're unable to deliver to P.O boxes.

IMPORT TAX & DUTIES 

We Import tax & duties for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon the arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Starstruck Leds encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay tax & duties upon the arrival of your destination country, the goods will be returned to Starstruck Leds at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  

For customised neon signs, we can't accept cancellation or returns after payment due to change of mind unfortunately, as all signs are personalised. All sales are final once placed on site. If your custom sign is defected, we can accept a return or send out a replacement (free of charge).
