Where is my order?

Please refer to the Track My Order section on top of the page and enter your tracking number to find your order. 

Can I cancel or edit my order?

As soon as you've placed your order, we're on it - we know you need it as soon as possible! Unfortunately, this means we will be unable to make changes as it's already being processed at the warehouse (literally within seconds!) You'll need to place another order or return any unwanted items within the 14-day period.

I have received a damaged item what do i do?

We're really sorry to hear that you've received an item that's not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please head over to our Contact Us section within 14 days of receiving your order. 

To help us get this fixed for you ASAP, when you first contact us please include the following info: 


  • Your full name 
  • Order Number
  • Product Name and Code 
  • Picture of the fault 
  • Description of the fault 

(The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email). 


If you contact us via the 'Contact Us' form please have an image of the faulty item ready when you receive a response as you won't be able to attach the image on the form just yet. 

I've placed my order, but I haven't received my confirmation email?

Please check your spam/junk folder otherwise allow up to 24 hours to receive your order confirmation email, if you still haven't received your confirmation email then contact us on hello@starstruckleds.com

Do LED neon signs consume a lot of energy?

If you’re looking for a sign that is guaranteed to last, with no maintenance required and low energy consumption with zero heat produced, then a LED neon sign is the perfect choice for you.

What are LED neon signs made of?

Indoor signs are handmade using LED flex on a transparent acrylic backing. The materials used are PVC and acrylic. Our outdoor signs are made using premium quality LED protected with an IP67 waterproof layer.

How do you power LED neon signs?

All of our signs connect directly into a standard power socket (with a plug that’s specific to the country you’re shipping to) and it comes with a 12v transformer.

How do I install my neon sign?

Mounting your neon sign is easy and does not require a specialist to hang your sign. Follow these instructions to hang your sign perfectly:

  1.  Unpack your fresh neon signage from the box
  2. Install your sign against a wall or ceiling
  3. Use the mounting kit on the pre-drilled holes on the backing
  4. Connect the dimmer (optional)
  5. Plug in your neon with its transformer to your standard electrical power outlet
  6. Your neon sign is ready to glow!
 

Do neon signs require maintenance?

One of the best things about LED neon sign is that it requires no maintenance throughout its use! Simple switch your sign on and off whenever you like and regularly dust using a clean cloth.

Can you make any custom design?

Almost anything that comes into your mind, we can bring it alive in the form of a neon sign.

If you’re looking to make a custom text neon sign, you can check out our custom builder.

If you’re looking for something artistic or a logo you can fill in our form and we will get back to you within 1-2 working days.

What colors are available for the neon sign?

We have a total of 18 colors to choose from. 10 of the colors are white when the sign is turned off and colored when switched on. The remaining 8 colors will come with a coloured jacket so that when the sign is switched off, it shows its color.

How do I get a quote for a design?

You can receive a quote for a design you have in mind, by filling in our custom design form. We will get back to you with a quote within 1-2 working days.

Will I recieve a mockup of my custom design?

We will send you a mock-up design once your custom order has been placed to ensure you’re happy with your order!

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship across the globe! All orders are shipped for free, no matter where you are.

Neon Signs: Your order will be sent by the courier depending on the area e.g., DHL/FedEx/Hermes or Royal Mail. All neon orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks (including production & shipping time).

What is the maximum shipping size?

To comply with shipping and freight limits, all orders shipped will have signs wider than 120cm split into multiple packages so the total shipment width will not exceed 120cm.

We can provide you with a custom shipping quote if you want your order shipped in one piece.

Will I need to pay custom tax & fees?

Starstruck Leds is not responsible for any custom or import duties after shipment is made. We will do our utmost to protect our international customers from custom charges. Customers take full liability for all postal charges, returns shipment costs if they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

Our returns policy lasts up to 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase date, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your must return your item in the same condition and original packaging you received it. To complete your return, we request a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: All custom neon sales are final and not eligible to return. If your sign arrives damaged, we can send out a replacement free of charge.

Will my neon sign include warranty?

All our signs come with a 12-month guarantee from the date of purchase, against any manufacturing defects or workmanship errors. This does not exceed the damage resulting from improper installation or misuse of the product.

Can I exchange instead of a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not provide an exchange service. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Once we receive your returned items, your refund will be processed.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 14 days plus your bank’s handling time.  Gift cards that were used to purchase the order will be replaced to the value of the refund. We’ll notify you as soon as your parcel reaches our warehouse, and you’ll receive an email once your refund has been processed.

Payment & Promotions

I have a Starstruck gift card, how do I use it?

You just need to enter your gift card code at the checkout. If you're spending more than the value of the gift card, you'll need to pay the remaining amount using any other payment method.

You can be assured that shopping with Starstruck Leds is safe! We're a member of "Verified By Visa" and "Secure by MasterCard", providing additional security when using your payment cards online. We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address, and other sensitive information like your credit/debit card details. Information passed between your computer or device and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it. 

How do I use a promotional code?

Enter your promotional code into the “discount code” box at checkout.

  • Hit “Apply”

  • If you see a red text saying “Invalid coupon code” check out the steps below:

  • Only one promotional code can be used per order.

  • Promotional codes may be deactivated during other sale events.

  • Promotional codes are not applicable to sales unless otherwise stated.

I’ve lost my gift card, can I get a replacement?

Please contact our customer care team with your order number or the email address used to place the order, and they will do their best to replace it for you.

Is it possible to refund my gift card?

Starstruck gift cards are non-refundable.

When will my gift card expire?

Our e-gift cards are valid for 12-months after the date of purchase.

Loyalty & Rewards

How It Works: Members-Only Reward

The "Members-Only Reward" discount can be used in an exchange for your points earned. Points can be exchanged as follows:

  • 750 points = 15% discount
  • 1,000 points = 20% discount
  • 1,500 points = free shipping
  • 2,000 points = £25 gift card
  • 2,500 points = £50 gift card

How It Works: Free Shipping Reward

Members that qualify for free shipping will be emailed a code that they can use when placing orders. This code cannot be used in conjunction with other codes or during sales.

How It Works: Sharing to Social

Sharing the Starstruck link to social for points can be done once every 30 days.
